How do you select and screen your caregivers? Our caregivers' backgrounds are carefully scrutinized. We thoroughly check their employment and personal references, and conduct a criminal background search. Potential caregivers are interviewed by our professional Care Coordinating staff, followed by a second orientation session and interview. Throughout this process, all the information we acquire is used to make the best possible match between the older adult and caregiver. Back to top
