Care Coordinator

Companions & Homemakers, Connecticut's leading provider of home care for older adults is seeking multiple Customer Service Schedulers for several offices. These are full time positions. Offices available are Avon, Farmington,  Glastonbury, Old Saybrook, and Norwich.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to calls in a timely manner
• Handling client and caregiver issues and concerns
• Scheduling care for clients
• Assist in hiring new caregivers for the company

REQUIREMENTS:

• Compassion for the elderly
• Professional appearance and mannerism
• Working knowledge of a multi-line phone system
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
