Companions & Homemakers was founded in 1990 with the goal of helping the elderly remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. A significant part of Companions & Homemakers’ mission involves educating the public at large about the benefits of senior home care for the elderly as well as educating consumers shopping for such services.
With ten branch offices located throughout the State of Connecticut, Companions & Homemakers employs over 1,800 caregivers and has provided support for thousands of older adults.
